Kindergarten Registration Information

Below are several documents you will need to register a child for Kindergarten. Please print out or pick up the forms and fill them out prior to registering your child to expedite the registration process. Procedures for registering a kindergarten child can be found in the first document entitled "Directions".

Also, if you are a single parent, please provide official documentation that states that you have physical custody of your child.
