Franklin School Nurses
are integral members of the educational team who assist children and youth to
develop their full potential. A comprehensive school health program includes delivery
of health services and health education, which directly contributes to the
student’s education, as well as the health of the family and community. Our
challenges as school nurses include the education, integration and coordination
of the health needs of all students. The cooperative efforts of the parents,
administrators, nurses, health care provider, teachers, support personnel and
the student contribute to our successful program.
Health Services Personnel Each
school is assigned a full-time registered school nurse. If you have any questions and/or concerns
about any student health issue, please feel free to contact your student’s
