Professional Development Website

This website was created with convenience and organization in mind.  Staff members will now register for all District Sponsored Workshops, Courses and Professional Development Day opportunities online.  Another unique feature of this website is that it will keep a running record of each individual staff members professional development earned credits and PDP’s (Professional Development Points) for each school year.  In lieu of individual certificates, at the end of the school year, staff members will be able to print out a year-end summary of all their activities and this will be their official professional development record (signed by Joyce S. Edwards, Director of Instructional Services).

The general public is also more than welcome to visit this site.  They will be able to explore all of the Professional Development opportunities being offered to our staff during the school year.  The site also provides information regarding the Franklin Public Schools Vision, Mission, Professional Development Day Schedule, Definitions, etc.
