If you would like to look at the results of an individual school, simply select the school from the list at the bottom of the page after you type in Franklin. 2010 MCAS Dept. of Education Summary Franklin Public Schools District MCAS Report 2010 Additional Franklin Public School 2010 Reports: John and Abigail Adams Scholarship This award is presented to students who scored: (a) in the Advanced category in English Language Arts or Mathematics and Advanced or Proficient in the other subject area on the grade 10 MCAS assessments; and, (b) in the top 25% of the students in the district on these tests. District/State Comparision of MCAS Performance Levels This document identifies the percentage of students in the district and in the state who scored in each performance level (Advanced/Proficient, Needs Improvement, Warning/Failing) on all tests at each grade level. The chart also identifies the district Composite Performance Index (CPI - score between 1-99) and the Student Growth Percentile (40-60 is moderate growth) for that grade and test in the district. District/State Comparision of Subgroup MCAS Performance Levels This document identifies the percentage of students by subgroup (Special Education, Low Income, LEP-Limited English Proficient, etc.) in the district and in the state who scored in each performance level (Advanced/Proficient, Needs Improvement, Warning/Failing) on all tests at each grade level. Composite Performance Indices (CPE's) and Student Growth Percentiles are also identified for groups/cohorts that meet minimum cohort numbers (>20 students).
