Mandatory Education and Training Requirements - Implementation Procedures By April 2, 2010 and on a bi-annual basis thereafter, all municipal employees must be provided with a summary of the conflict of interest law. Every municipal employee is required to sign a written acknowledgement that he/she has been provided with the summary.
