Educational Search Hotlists

AOL@School This is a fantastic site for both K12 students and teachers. 4 sections thoroughly cover Primary, grades K2, Elementary, grades 3-5, Middle School, grades 5-8, and High School, grades 9-12. Lots of puzzles and educational games. Maths tests etc. There's even a section on effective grant writing.

The Franklin Institute's Educational Hotlists are organized lists of resources on the Internet that science educators, as well as science enthusiasts, may find useful. They are screened resources for their educational appropriateness, helping take some of the guess work out of the web for you. Using the Hotlists should save you time and provide quality online resources for your classroom needs.

KidsClick! was created by a group of librarians at the Ramapo Catskill Library System, as a logical step in addressing concerns about the role of public libraries in guiding their young users to valuable and age appropriate web sites.

MarcoPolo: Internet Content for the Classroom is a consortium of premier national education organizations, state education agencies and the MarcoPolo Education Foundation dedicated to providing the highest quality Internet content and professional development to teachers and students throughout the United States. First launched in 1997 as a collection of standards-based, discipline-specific educational Web sites for K-12 teachers.
