Practice

• You must be on time to practice.
• Make-up work and extra help sessions will be honored with a pass from your teacher.
• You must be in school either by 11:00 or until 11:30 to be eligible to play. It also must be a DOCUMENTED excuse.
  
• There will be a mandatory practice for Varsity every Sunday and J.V. & Freshman Sunday practices at the coach’s discretion.
• If you miss a practice the day BEFORE a game, you will not play in that game.

Games

• HOME: You must be on time and on the field by 2:30.
• AWAY: You must be on the bus by 2:30 or we leave without you.
• DUTY LIST: Be sure to check the duty list for all games. The list is posted on this website and in the glass case on the wall before you exit the locker room into the field house.
• We always run on and off the field. If you fail to do so I will find someone who will.
• We will look like a CLASS ACT with our shirts tucked in and uniforms clean. Always remember the correct color socks. (no socks = no play.) Socks must be solid white or navy blue with no stripes or logos.

Discipline

*** DETENTION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!! ***

Teacher detention	Extra running and loss of playing time in a game
Office detention	1 game suspension
ADP	2 game suspension
Anything more	Could result in removal from team!!!!

• NO SWEARING AT ALL!!! For each time you are caught by the coach you will do extra running.
• We will show sportsmanship at all times. No taunting the other team or each other. Any problems must be brought to the attention of the captains or coach.
• There will be NO USE OF DRUGS, ALCOHOL, OR TOBACCO DURING FIELD HOCKEY SEASON!!! **** YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TEAM ****
• Mutual respect is the name of the game. YOU respect your coach and your team and we will all respect each other. This is the formula for a HAPPY and SUCCESSFUL team!
