Meeting Minutes

January 26, 2009

6:30 pm

Budget – Discussed budget for 2008-2009. Budget is in good shape and an excellent ending balance is projected.

FUND RAISERS

Program Book – Most of the money has been collected. We would like to thank Rob Corak for his dedication and hard work in making this program book successful.

Raffles – On Friday, February 6, Metro and Recreational youth teams will be invited to wear their shirts and receive raffle tickets towards prizes. A variety of prizes will be offered. Discussed kids shooting during half-time.

Raffle tickets have been distributed for the May 6, Sox/Indians game. The girls will sell 5-7 tickets at $5 a piece. A great fund raiser.

OTHER

Senior Night – Rhonda Kale will chair this event. Date set for February 16.

Banquet – The scheduled date is Sunday, March 15, at 5:30 pm. Barbara Corak will chair this event and will seek assistance as the date gets closer. Food will be ordered at Olivia’s and tickets will be $10 for adults and $3 for children.

Scholarships – Discussed the guidelines for scholarships.

Next meeting will be held on March 2 – Please come – All players parents are WELCOME!!
