 Current Projects

Students have completed the written DECA projects. Projects are currently in the hands of judges, and the winners will be announced at the District Competition on February 2. Students compete with students from other southeastern Mass. schools. The top four places in each category get to compete at the state competition which will be held in March in Boston, and the national competition will be held in April in Dallas, Texas. Students must finish in the top four finishers at the districts to move to the states, and must finish in the top three again in the states in order to qualify for the nationals.

Students are also preparing to compete in individual or team competition using their marketing skills at the District Competition.

Additionally, students are working at the DECA store, and breakfast and snack carts to earn enough money to send all DECA students to each event for which they qualify.
