Supreme Court Nomination

This Spring, Justice David Souter announced that he was retiring from the US Supreme Court. President Obama has nominated Judge Sonia Sotomayor to fill the vacancy. Did President Obama make a wise decision?

Yes, Judge Sotomayor was a great appointment to the Court.
No, I did not like the selection of Judge Sotomayor and I hope that the Senate rejects her nomination.

Results from previous survey: 43 out of 62 respondents disagreed with President Obama's decision to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay.
