Students should treat each other and the teacher with respect. This holds true for the physical classroom as well. Defacing school property or the personal property of others is not expected. In other words, polite and mature behavior is expected at all times.
Students should come to class prepared to be an active participant! This means that they should have their textbook, several different writing utensils, markers, a ruler, a calculator, their binder and writing paper.
Students should complete all assignments, both in class and out of class. Homework should be completed because it helps the student practice what they learned, AND helps them to prepare for the next class.
Late work is accepted with a penalty (1/2 grade for the first day late, 1 full grade for every susequent day late).
Learning will not be disrupted by innapropriate behavior.
