Hello, My name is Mrs. Constantine (formerly known as Ms. Thomas). I am the Speech-Language Pathologist at the Horace Mann Middle School. I received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees In Communication Disorders from Penn State University . This will be my fourth year at Horace Mann. Prior to my arrival at Horace Mann, I was a Speech and Language Pathologist at the Bi-County Collaborative. A little bit about me... I am a huge Penn State football fan!
