 pick up line.

Also, don’t forget to register your Stop & Shop card on-line.

HMMS will benefit from every purchase you make!!!!

Log on to stopandshop.com/aplus

  Our School code is 07095.

-Important-

Please see the Special Education Parent Advisory Board link below for important information about upcoming events.

http://www.franklin.ma.us/auto/schools/FPS/pps/sepac/default.htm

There is an activity fee of $25.00 for after school clubs and activities.  Checks should be made out to the

Town of Franklin.

One fee covers ALL CLUBS for the year.

Please note:  there is NO late bus this year.

Beginning on August 24th, we will be accepting online payments for lunch accounts for students.

You can go to the link below to see the letter that is posted on our foodservice website.

http://franklin.k12.ma.us/cf/MyKids-Parent%20Sample%20Letter%2012-08.pdf

Parents can still prepay by check made payable to Franklin School Lunch Program, and of course, we still accept cash.

Important:

Based on feedback received from parents and guardians about the overwhelming number of flyers and brochures that have been traditionally sent home in student backpacks, we will be piloting an innovative way to disseminate information this year.

In lieu of sending home paper copies of information we will establish a website where all approved brochures, notices and flyers will be posted.

The link is titled NEWS YOU CAN USE and the link is:  http://www.franklin.ma.us/auto/schools/FPS/flyer/default.htm.

Dr. Bergen is always looking for students to express viewpoints on the daily news.

Are there any subjects students feel should be addressed?

Please see Dr. Bergen if you interested.

Parents please note that everyone must join the pick up line during dismissal at the end of the day or after clubs.  You are not allowed to cut in front of the traffic and go out into the parking lot.  This is not safe and certainly not fair to everyone else waiting in line.  Violators will be reported to the police.

  Wednesday

 is notice day.

 Look for notices

to come home

 on this day.

Reminder:  Cell phones must be kept in lockers- not to be used in school for any reason!!!!

All books must be covered!!!!

Please notify the office of any changes with home, work or emergency contact numbers so that we may update asap.

Students- please be advised that school officially begins at 7:25 am.

Anyone arriving to class AFTER 7:25 am is considered tardy.

Students- Please remember to make sure you have your bus passes every day.

Daily inspections are now taking place.  Let Mr. Parnell know if you cannot find your bus pass !!!!!
