Welcome to fourth grade science!
This year we will be learning about the following topics:

Heredity

This year in science you will be learning about the concept of heredity. Basically we will learn about genes and why things look the way that they do. Feel free to explore the difference between traits that are due to Nature and traits that are due to Nurture by exploring the Mendell Nature Walk.

States of Matter Review

Weather

Students will be learning about the factors of weather such as temperature, air pressure, moisture/humidity, and wind. Students will also review and udnerstand the Water Cycle. Click here to explore and review the Water Cycle.

Electricity and Magnetism
