Franklin SEPAC Presents on Wednesday September 17t

Friendships and Social Coaching: Helping Kids Make and Keep Friends
Nadine Briggs, founder of a social skills-based company, Social Smart Kids (www.SocialSmartKids.com), Westford PAC Chairperson, and parent consultant, will explore how parents can improve the social lives of children. Seminar discussion topics include:
Barriers to Socialization
Parental Role in Socialization
Accessing/Creating Socialization Opportunities
The School's Role in Teaching Social Skills
Public/School Disclosure of Socialization Issues
Non-verbal Communication Issues

The seminar will provide practical advice with examples of how to assist children in making and keeping friends.

Time: 7:00pm
Where: Franklin Municipal Building, third floor conference room.
