Wonderful opportunities to practice specific reading and language arts skills are on the internet.  These self correcting activities can provide needed skill reinforcement in a variety of ways. A fun way to practice reading and language skills is to visit

At this site, select "Reading", then select "Trophies". You can sign in using the word, Beck.

Try "Proofreading Makes Perfect", "Writing Detective", and "Test Tutor" for interactive practice and learning.
The "Multimedia Grammar Glossary" and "Grammar Park" are great for understanding grammar definitions.
"Reading Skills Rockets" and "Go for Grammar Gold" have excellent games for reading practice.

has the reading activities listed by stories and themes.
