ON LINE REGISTRATION
The Recreation Department is now equipped to handle online registration with a credit card or debit card. Mastercard or visa will be accepted. Please click on the link below to be redirected to a secure registration site. The secure registration process will direct you to activityreg.com, where you will be prompted to enter if you want to sign up for a Program, youth sport, team sport, skating, swimming, etc. Once you've selected the class you want to enroll in, fill in all of your registration information. (Name, Address, Date of birth, email, etc.) You will also be signing an electronic waiver to participate in our program so please read carefully. Please note, for your protection-
your credit card information will not be kept, extremely secure network. You will receive an email confirmation about your transaction. You are enrolled in our program when you click submit, you will not receive any other program information so hold onto the start dates/times.

Registration can be done online by clicking the link above. Not all programs are available for online registration at this time. However, if you would like to register for a program that is not listed on the site. Please come into our office during regular business hours.

Mail In RegistrationThe Recreation Department is now equipped to handle mail in registration by check or money order. If you would like to click on the link below, you will be able to print off a copy of the Recreation Department's Child/Adult Participation Waiver Form that must be submitted for all programs (No need to fill out if you register online). You can mail this form in with your payment, take with you to the Recreation Department to register, or fax in the waiver and send your payment via U.S. Mail. Please note that registration is not complete until we have recieved your payment. All checks should be payable to the Town of Franklin.
