| This board was created so that citizens of the Town of Franklin can get factual answers about their concerns. It is a moderated board and your questions may or may not be published depending on many factors including timeliness, appropriateness, etc. Your question may be edited for brevity. Please try to have your question be appropriate for the general population of Franklin and not limited to an area that only affects a small percentage of the population. This is your chance to get an honest answer straight from the people who are responsible for their departments and to avoid rumors and innuendos. Since the question may have to be sent to another department for a knowledgeable answer, please allow time for a response. Please do not resubmit your question! This is NOT a forum and posts will not be threaded. If you have a question that you wish to ask, then please do so! Responses to postings by others will probably be ignored unless the question was not fully answered in the response. NOW, the disclaimer�we will not answer questions that are personal in nature or of a derogatory tone, we will not answer questions that do not concern the Town of Franklin.
